Shows duration is similar to other shows of the Artists’ tour. Timetable will be announced few weeks prior to the festival.
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. For tickets purchased for 2020 and 2021 festival editions, refund period was from July 7th to 21st 2021 and because of to the festival cancellation. Now the period is closed and it is not possible to request any refunds.

No. Any person with a visibly damaged bracelet will be denied entry to the festival. The bracelet will no longer be valid if it has been removed.
No, it will be one wristband valid for all the days of your multi-day pass.
If you are over 16 you will be able to enter the site without having to be accompanied. But if you are between 16 and 17, you will be required to register your bracelet online once you receive it at home.
You can enter the festival, however you must be accompanied by an adult, each one of you with their own ticket. Also, your wristband must be registed online by your parents or legal tutor.
Children ages 0 to 8 years old can enter without a ticket, have to be accompanied at all time.
You will need a medical report to confirm your condition. Then you will be given, as well as the person coming with you, special wristbands to access the reduced mobility area. This area is equipped and has seats for people who might need them. The entrance to the festival also has a separate lane for people with reduced mobility.
No, this area is restricted to people with reduced mobility and it’s only possible to be accompanied by one more person.
